You owned this so I won’t write further about this or anything more about Windows. However, it shows signs of life in the vivkd utility that comes with the drivers. But that’s just a test, a preview. I re-installed Corel Draw and the scanner is there!
I downloaded the drivers from the official site. Corel Draw X13, virtual dvd drive, my mobile phone’s software etc.
After achieving what I considered a more-less “clean” situation, I installed the scanner’s drivers. Easy Driver Pro performs a complete scan of your coorpage of the devices in or attached to your computer.

I unistalled the drivers, deleted all the files that remained after the unistall and I cleaned the registry from all the references to the scanner that I could find some of them manually, some of them by using CCleaner. It checks everything such as sound card, graphic card, monitor, mouse, printer, etc. So this is not the XP driver?
